Lourdes Medical Center is seeking a Director - Perioperative Services.
Manage day to day operations of Perioperative Services (Surgery, Post Anesthesiology, and Central Processing) and oversee Ambulatory Services (Ambulatory, Observation, GI); establish policies, procedures, standards, and objectives.
Direct and supervise staff, provide leadership, direction, and administrations of all aspects of Lourdes Health Network activities to ensure compliance with established objectives.
Serve as Clinical Role Model when needed.

EDUCATION:
Education: RN required; Bachelor’s expected; Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
CNOR Required
Population Specific: Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the needs to the population served.
Experience: Minimum 2 year Operating Room management experience.
Leadership experience required in managing multiple departments successfully.
Expertise in quality improvement and staff development preferred.
Track record of successful collaboration with medical staff.
Requirements: Must be able to obtain a current RN license in WA State.
Current Driver’s License with Liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LHN company vehicles for LHN business purposes.
Other: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred.
Must be able to work with culturally diverse population.
Salary Range: $52.
