PDP Supervisor - Lourdes Counseling Center - Full Time - Days

This position is responsible for clinical and operational monitoring of the Prosecutorial Diversion Program.
This includes coordinating and supervising all activities related the program to include but not be limited to: Assignment of new participants, supervision of staff, organizing and leading weekly team meetings, ongoing program analysis, annual staff evaluations, ensuring appropriate data collection and monthly summary reports are completed.
The Prosecutorial Diversion Program Supervisor will assume all the duties of a PDP Mental Health Professional and will perform care coordination services as appropriate with participants.
Actively participates with internal and external organizational leaders in designing and providing quality consumer services.
