Store Manager

Store Manager Duties: - Oversee the daily operations of the store, including administrative tasks, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet market demands.
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with staff to ensure timely replenishment.
- Take orders over the phone/contact customers when orders are complete.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills: - Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of meat market and various cuts.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional phone etiquette - Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required.
