```Your Core Duties```
Under the direction of the General Manager, as our RV Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our automotive service department.
Your main duties will include:
- Managing a team of service technicians and support staff
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer concerns or complaints
- Ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of service jobs
- Ability to follow all federal, state, and local laws and regulations in management, safety, and repairs
- Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
- Will facilitate the processes between the parts department, warranty and the shop
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Upselling additional services to customers utilizing an MPI process
- Ability to track all technician efficiency and productivity numbers
