We currently have the Repack Lead position available in our facility in Pasco, WA.
As a Twin City Foods (Pasco Division) Repack Lead you will oversee production in accordance with company policies in a safe and cost-effective manner.
*General Purpose of Job:* In sure that production needs are being met.
*\*Selected employee will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and E-Verify\** *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* * Supervise and properly train packaging line employees.
* Motivate and coach packaging employees to make sure they stay on task.
* Monitor the production to make sure goals and schedules are met.
* Monitor packaging standards and work closely with Quality Control to ensure quality product is being maintained.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:* * Good knowledge of case end tally and input of tote system.
* Capability of calculating team staffing and effectively utilizing available resources and assuring schedule support.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to balance multiple tasks, be flexible and work well under pressure.
* Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment; ability to lead a group of employees.
* Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
*Required Education/Training/Certification Qualifications:* * High School Diplomas or equivalent required, Associates or Technical college degree preferred.
* Preferred two years or more of related supervisory experience overseeing a vegetable packaging line.
