As a manager at Anthonys, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and leading your team members to provide the same quality of service.
Dining Room Manager Job Duties: Create, provide, and support exceptional service to every guest.
Provide guidance and leadership to your team members.
Facilitate a positive and friendly environment for all team members.
Hire, train, and supervise the service team.
Other Job Requirements Experience: Two or more years of experience in a high-volume, full-service dining kitchen required, preferably in a seafood restaurant.
Qualifications: Prior restaurant management experience is preferable, but not a necessity.
More importantly, we are looking for passionate individuals who work hard and deliver exceptional leadership and service to our team members and guests.
