Part-time Office Manager position for self-storage facility in Hermiston, Oregon.
Part-time position would entail 10-hours per week on average.
Saturday work required.
Applicant must have flexible schedule and be able to fill in during the week when necessary.
Reliability and strong customer service experience a plus.
Bookkeeping experience and keeping accurate books is a must.
Possess basic computer skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Wide range of job duties includes:
* Greet tenants
* Rent units
* Process payments
* Cleaning
* Perform other duties as assigned
Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
Compensation package includes bonus opportunities and annual retirement contribution.
