We are seeking a highly experienced individual to join our fast-paced F&I Business Manager Team.
In this role, you will assist the customer with the financing of their vehicle and the purchase of insurance products.

Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability Fully proficient with title laws and registration process Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines (red flag rules and Cash reporting requirements) Ensures compliance with Manufacturer incentive programs Accurately prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Automotive Finance and Insurance Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures Proof of current PVR scores Highly Motivated individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to provide an excellent customer experience with the utmost integrity.
