Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our Biergarten in Pasco, WA.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling protocols, and company policies.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee development.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist in marketing and promotional efforts to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Contribute to the achievement of financial goals by monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
