5+ years of prior business leadership and bachelor's degree required.
Strong applicants will be proficient with various software platforms including Excel, Office 365 and QuickBooks, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, prior HR / payroll experience and strong analytical skills.
The PorterKinney business manager will supervise operations across the company under the direction of the CEO.
Responsibilities will include training, goal-oriented leadership, payroll processing and HR, IT management and business improvement projects delegated by the CEO.
