Shift Lead

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift - Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist and support team members in their roles - Coordinate and execute banquet and catering events - Supervise and train new team members - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Skills: - Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management - Experience in food service, catering, or banquet operations - Ability to lead and manage a team effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Strong problem-solving abilities As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
