*Manager of Equity and Collective Impact* *Position Summary:* The *Manager of Equity and Collective Impact* is responsible to lead the efforts to build and improve upon regional health equity initiatives, impact evaluation, community-based policy and advocacy initiatives all with an effort towards health and social systems improvement.
This includes managing and aligning the work of various advisory groups and committees with the overall GHN strategy.
This role helps in prioritizing people, relationships, and community; ensuring a strong equity-oriented and learning culture.
*Reporting Structure:* _Reports to:_ Manger of Community Based Care Coordinator _Dotted-line reports to:_ NA _Direct reports:_ TBD *Job Level: *Manager and above *Essential Job Functions * * Contributes to operations of the Greater Health Now Regional Hub * Represent Greater Health Now in community meetings and events within the assigned region, virtually and in person.
* Work to keep programs/projects on schedule while completing WA State Department of Health and Center for Disease Control and Prevention 2109 grant deliverables * Engage with rural, tribal and underrepresented and historically and currently marginalized communities and voices to amplify their impact on GHN’s work * Responsible for implementing and managing _equity and collective impact_ programs and projects * Support, coach and mentor _equity and collective impact_ team members and _Promotoras _ * Support new Promotora onboarding and training within partner agencies * Establish and maintain feedback systems to ensure program performance is monitored and contractual obligations with funders/service partners are being upheld * Oversee integrity of Promotora Workforce Expansion and Education program by working with partner agencies to address needs of Promotora workforce and communities * Travel to organizations through out the region participating in the Promotora Workforce Expansion and Education Program * Participates in local and state advocacy efforts to advance the Promotora workforce * Other duties as assigned *Demonstration of Team Values* * Commitment to Equity: Work to advance equity, racial and social justice.

*Qualifications and Requirements* *Education* * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
*Experience* * Experience working within health systems and with community-based organizations in project management and policy and systems thinking * Experience with population health management and marginalized populations * Experience leading teams and/or direct supervisory experience * Community engagement and policy advocacy experience * Ability to function autonomously and as a team member on a multidisciplinary team * Takes comprehensive approach to evaluate and constructively improve processes * Effective communication and active listening skills with coworkers, community organizations, community-based workforce, and community members * Understands community-clinical linkages and Health Related Social Needs * Demonstrates excellent management, program development, and leadership skills * Bilingual English /Spanish preferred *Work environment* The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.
00 - $90,000.
