Join Kadlec Regional Medical Group as a full-time Internal Medicine/Hospitalist Medical Director and enjoy being part of an exceptional and mission-driven team in Richland, Washington.
As medical director for Kadlec, you will work closely with facility leadership at all levels to oversee the growth and success of an established 30 plus physician practice.
Responsibilities include driving client support initiatives such as process improvement, risk management, implementation of evidence based guidelines, as well as overseeing the development of quality incentive plans for and supporting the physicians in reaching quality objectives, including but not limited to core measures.
You will also be providing guidance and engaging in leadership promoting initiatives such as geographic rounding, early discharge planning, multi-disciplinary rounding and HCAHPS score improvement strategies while adhering to regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have previous hospitalist leadership experience while also having excellent communication and supervisory skills.

Compensation is between $324,000 and $376,000 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
