Responsibilities Job Summary: Responsible and accountable for Credentialing, Compliance and Managing front supervisor and billing staff.

Collaborates with Director Physician Services, Medical Director, Nursing Manager, Front Office Supervisor and Manager Billing Office to ensure sites provide high quality, cost-effective care.
Responsible for the performance and accountability of all non-clinical support teams.
Accountable for the financial performance of designated sites.
Accountable for customer service.
Serves as a support and liaison to providers.
Interface and/or develop appropriate Program and /or Service lines.
Essential Functions: Provides leadership and direction for areas of responsibility.
Coordinates the development of operational and financial goals and plans for areas of responsibility and facilitates monitoring progress toward achievement.
This includes liaison, and advocacy activities between out-patient specialty functions and in-patient services, or primary care services.
Evaluates, recommends and implements future models for development.
Manages the Compliance program for the Rural Health Clinics.
Is responsible for timely credentialing and recredentialing of Clinic providers and LIP’s.
Coordinates same with Hospital Medical Staff office.
Teaches and leads Compliance oversight and customer service processes.
Involves the physicians and staff in improving daily operations of the program.
Is accountable for the same.
Develops education plan for self and collaborates with business office and clerical teams to develop education plan for individuals and the team.
Accountable for directing the clerical supervisor so that there is data integrity at designated sites and coordination between the front desk and the billing office.
Oversees facility issues related to furniture and equipment including preventive maintenance upkeep and repair.
Collaborates with Lead Physician to assure optimal program operations, as well as participating in the hiring and orienting of new specialty physicians.
Responds to client needs, assures patient satisfaction is met and that complaints are handled and resolved.
Participates/networks/communicates with internal and external customers and project teams including inpatient and primary care committees.
Directs compliance with policies and regulatory agency standards.
Works closely with the Medical Staff office to facilitate licensing, immigration, relocation and orientation to ensure candidates are brought on-line and into the medical community with ease and hospital support.
Work with physicians after a contract is signed to ensure smooth transition to community.
Process all expense reimbursements for physician clients prior to placement.
Work closely with physicians to enlist their participation in recruitment activities.
Work collaboratively with the Medical Directors, Clinic Director in order to achieve optimal utilization of hospital services.
Ensure smooth functioning of the specialty practice and build necessary linkages/relationships with personnel to facilitate success of the service.
This includes working on space and facility planning issues for specialty clinics and clinical services.
Exercise sound working relationships with members of the Medical Staff, Clerical Staff and Clinic Physicians.

Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate on principle despite opposition; understanding of total organizational objectives.
Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to support the patient care needs of a regional healthcare organization.
Knowledge of budgets and inventory controls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clerical ability is necessary to prepare reports, records and charts.
Ability to supervise.
Possess ability in leadership, be able to articulate and foster good leadership style.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification as a healthcare manager Nursing background Pay Range $22.
