We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asphalt/Pavement Rehabilitation Senior Project Manager to join our team.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of asphalt or pavement maintenance construction projects from start to finish.
This includes coordinating with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
*Duties & Responsibilities*
● Develop strategic and operational plans for major projects, monitoring and reporting on project outcomes and financial goals.
● Collaborate with Project Managers to identify needs and overcome challenges, ensuring understanding of project scope, specifications, and resource requirements.
● Coordinate project schedules, equipment, materials, and other needs, maintaining clear communication with team members.
● Provide oversight of logistics, equipment, materials, and financials for multiple projects.
● Review and update project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
● Coordinate efforts of various employees to ensure task completion.
● Recommend changes to stay within budget and timelines, developing alternate plans if needed.
● Attend project-related meetings, emphasizing schedule discussions.
● Lead and manage project managers, superintendents, and crew leaders.
● Collaborate with the Equipment Manager to assign project-specific equipment.
● Assign and coordinate labor and equipment resources to projects.
● Work with contract administration to coordinate project contract statuses.
● Create team schedules and delegate tasks appropriately.
● Monitor and audit employee performance, setting goals and addressing concerns.
● Hire, onboard, and train new managers, focusing on company policies and procedures.
● Oversee and manage the overall company project schedule.

*Project Manager/Director * leads the project management team, superintendents, and crew leaders.
The Project Director is focused on a series of projects and how they will impact the business and focus on big-picture planning of multiple projects and initiatives.
The Project Director will communicate and implement the policies, goals, and objectives of the CEO and COO.
The Project Director will also create and implement processes and procedures for the project team as necessary.
*Skills & Qualifications *
● Excellent communication skills to connect with teams, contractors, and stakeholders, mitigating delays.
● Understanding of market and regional factors impacting project schedules.
● 3 years of project management experience in the Asphalt or pavement maintenance field.
● Strong attention to detail and timeliness.
● Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, and specifications.
● Knowledge of schedule logic, construction management methods, and sequencing.
● Knowledge of means and methods of construction management.
● Ability to maintain collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
● Current driver’s license and insurance with a good driving record.
