At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau.

Our team is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Field Work Supervisor to provide support in the following areas: * Planning and Supervising preventative and corrective electrical maintenance in the WP&O/SWOC Facilities.
* Demonstrating personal accountability for the safe performance of work.
* Directing and controlling work in a manner that is consistent within the current boundaries of the Authorization Basis, ensuring a balance of craft skills, work site supervision, and documentation and materials are in place before starting work and throughout the activity.
* Conducting pre-job and post-job briefings including Enhanced Work Planning meetings and lessons learned.
* Ensuring that work does not commence until all personnel involved with the fieldwork understand the work scope, hazards and hazard controls, hold points, and their roles and responsibilities.
* Assuring status of Operations equipment including TSR and environmental compliance is maintained and communicated to Operations personnel.
* Completing work activity documentation accurately and thoroughly, ensuring appropriate review, approvals, and/or authorizations are obtained.
* Building and maintaining fieldwork teams, recognizing achievements and correcting behaviors detrimental to the safe conduct of work and/or to the team.
* Acting as an integral part of communications systems, providing an upward and downward link for the timely transfer of information.
* Interacting with other projects and WP&O/SWOC support organizations to ensure that their project goals and work activities are met.
* Reviewing activities of the work group and develop, direct, and monitor implementation of plans for improved safety, efficiency, and productivity.
* Implementing the company policy and contractual commitments applicable to bargaining unit personnel.
* Interfacing with WP&O/SWOC Management, Operations personnel, and support organizations on a daily basis.
Basic Qualifications * Grade 19 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (may include journey-level craft), plus 6 years of relevant experience and at least 3 years of relevant experience must be nuclear experience.
* Grade 20 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (may include journey-level craft), plus 8 years of relevant experience and at least 3 years of relevant experience must be nuclear experience.
The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact.
The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications * Detailed technical, engineering, and operations knowledge with sufficient depth of understanding of interfaces in a nuclear facility.
* Knowledgeable of WP&O/SWOC, Operations, and Nuclear Operations policies/procedures and administrative controls.
* Electrical equipment and control knowledge.
* Washington State EL01 license or equivalent.
* Previous experience as a supervisor, superintendent or foreman.
Compensation & Benefits In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market.
CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
* Grade 19: $114,475 - $144,325.
* Grade 20: $126,025 - $158,875.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
