Engineering at WRPS consists of Process Engineering, Design Engineering, Nuclear Safety, Plant/System Engineering, Construction Project Engineering, Flowsheet Integration, Process and Control Systems, and the Chief Technology Office.

The Process System and Engineering support group provides facility and process control systems monitoring, engineering, and software quality and configuration management support including system and network management and administration resources to support assigned engineering programs, equipment and facilities.
The focus of the group is on providing engineering support for Instrumentation, Industrial Control Systems, and plant installed software to operations and maintenance for the Production Operations, DFLAW, and Retrieval Facilities.
The area of responsibility includes both DST and SST Tank Farm Facilities including the 242-A Evaporator, ETF, Retrieval and assigned Engineering programs.
We are seeking a Process Systems and Engineering Support Manager who will provide overall ownership, management and execution of the scope, activities, and schedule commitments supporting the Process and Control Systems Engineering group.
* Effectively leads team members including establishing arrangements that allow them to perform effectively in their role.
* Manages assigned scope and subordinates by ensuring adequate resources are provided, assigning and tracking tasks, evaluating personnel performance and providing professional development opportunities.
* Mentors, trains, coaches and counsels staff in the effective development and delivery of assigned programs, projects and deliverables.
* Establishes delivery strategies including the engagement of the supply chain for assigned scope.
Develops and maintains control of the technical/ engineering baseline scope, schedule and budget for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
* Ensures proper identification, selection and implementation of technical/engineering processes, procedures, standards and codes of practice to be used in delivery of assigned scope.
* Maintains cognizance of ongoing PBI activities which impact technical/engineering resources * Conducts assessments of effectiveness of technical/engineering processes, requirements, and procedures.

Required Qualifications Grade 21: Bachelor's (BS) degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; and Twelve (12) years' experience with instrumentation, process systems or facilities Grade 22: Bachelor's (BS) degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; and Fifteen (15) years' experience with instrumentation, process systems or facilities Note the essential duties for this grade level are like that of the previous grade level, however the scope of responsibility is larger, and the expected level of performance is increased.
Desired Qualifications Experience with industrial control systems and instrumentation.
Experience with software engineering support to corrective and preventive maintenance of nuclear facility and lab systems, including work package development and planning, and experience working with operations personnel is required.
Also other experience to include: - Software Engineering and System Management - Detail knowledge of Software Quality and Software Configuration Management practices for nuclear facilities.
- General knowledge of ICS or OT cyber security programs, planning and implementation - Working knowledge of Project Estimation and Project Execution Skills - Cost & Schedule Forecasting, Cost Tracking, Work Assignment, Planning & Execution - Operations and/or Engineering experience supporting multiple facilities Compensation & Benefits Grade 21: Hiring Range Minimum: $138,700 Hiring Range Maximum: $174,900 Grade 22: Hiring Range Minimum: $155,625 Hiring Range Maximum: $204,775 WRPS offers a comprehensive benefits package to include medical/dental/vision, short-and long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off.
