Plant Manager

Essential Functions: Manage planning and execution to meet customer commitments and requirements.
Drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the operations by the application of lean principles to improve safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost.
Develop, align, and maintain communications throughout the organization to achieve the business objectives.

Position is ideal for candidate with startup experience.

(Yes, four times was intentional) Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical related field or business or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
Minimum of 5 years of continuous improvement or lean manufacturing Schedule flexibility is a must for this role.
