Duties and Tasks will be performed from our Tri-Cities (Richland), WA headquarters; however, for the right candidate, the position could begin at our Boise, Idaho office, with the goal of within the first year, moving to the Tri-Cities.
*Responsibilities*
- A/R & A/P for home building company.
- Interior Design for spec & model homes – help us create beautiful homes.
- Work on and lead special projects at the owners direction.
From small and mundane tasks, to big and bold projects.
- Navigate the intricacies of payroll and bookkeeping.
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Handle various administrative tasks – the glue that holds it all together.
*Qualifications*
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or a strong willingness to learn.
Priority will be given to those who have QB experience and knowledge.
- A keen eye for design that aligns with our quality standards.
We build amazing homes and have for many years.
- Solid multitasking abilities – no juggling fire, but close.
You must be a self-starter and someone who sets goals and deadlines.
- A mindset geared toward growth and learning.
