* Manage line expectations.
* Train and mentor team members on the safety and sanitary operations of the facility and equipment.
* Perform food safety inspections.
* Ensures production team hits volume goals and quality expectations.
* Ensures production meets GMP rules.
* Reports to supervisor for mechanical issues.
