*Program Manager, Health Engagement Hub (Walla Walla)*
This full-time position manages all non-clinical aspects of the Health Engagement Hub program as the agency expands its support of clients with substance use disorder in our low-barrier treatment and mental health support services.
This position closely liaises with the Clinical Director during and past the pilot study term of the HEH program.
The position compensation ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually and is eligible for full agency benefits.
_Duties:_
* Supervise non-medical staff on drug user health equity-related projects, including health engagement hub
* Ensure high quality of data collection, analysis, and reporting for relevant projects
* Write monthly reports on activities of the team, and other reports as appropriate
* Manage medical supplies and inventory related to assigned projects; work with Operations Manager for office supplies
* Assist external program evaluation staff as required by contract or Executive Director
* Contribute to training guides and toolkits
* Assist Executive Director in designing training and guidance for rural harm reduction staff as appropriate
* Coordinate schedules, performance reviews and assessments, and duties of program team members
* Align program strategies with other BMHTH efforts for similar or overlapping client populations
* Serve on senior leadership team and attend leadership meetings as appropriate

* Timely reporting to work
* Clear written and oral communication with supervisor, coworkers, clients, and contract holders
* On-time, accurate, and complete paperwork support for clients, BMH2H, and its contract holders
* “No surprises” communication
* Trauma-informed practices and communication with coworkers and clients
* Active engagement at work to enhance program delivery and provide quality services
* Computer and technology literate
* Working knowledge of statistics, outreach strategies, public health foundations
* Supervisory experience and attention to staff professional development needs
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
_Qualifications:_
* Bachelor’s degree; or 5-7 years’ experience in program management, social service delivery, public health, or related field
* Master’s degree in the above areas preferred
* Bilingual applicants preferred
* Commitment to anti-stigmatizing communication with clients and client candidates
